How does Crystal Healing work?
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times by many different cultures and are highly powerful and effective tools for healing as they contain a number of special properties and interact with us in many different ways. One of these properties is the unique vibration of each crystal. This is a result of its colour frequency, chemical composition, inner atomic structure and outer form. Not only does this property make a crystal indispensable in altering electromagnetic waves for medical machinery and quartz watches, but it can also modify ‘healing energy’. Another property of crystals is the distinct orderly structure which enables them to absorb, reflect, transform, transmute, balance, direct, amplify, clear, focus etc. energies. Essentially, a crystal can adapt healing energy in any way imaginable. Since crystals and minerals make up most of the earth’s crust and also reside within the human body, it can be said that, in a sense, we are all part of and living on a crystal.
How are Ethereal Crystals used?
Ethereal Crystals are intangible celestial crystals, the non-physical space of the universe, heavenly, spiritual in nature. They are used in the same manner as you would use the real crystals for healing, which are placed on the body in order to raise the vibration for healing to take place. In the same manner Ethereal Crystals are also placed on the body for healing. The only difference is that the Ethereal Crystal will disappear on its own when the individual has absorbed the sufficient amount of energy needed for their healing. Ethereal Crystals are used together with Distance Reiki Healing and sometimes Gold Reiki durng healing sessions.

Is an exchange still necessary, why not provide them for free?
Whenever we are dealing with energy, it is very important to keep it flowing equally in both directions. Think about relationships where one person does all the giving, and the other all the taking. This makes for a very unhealthy relationship. This kind of "control" trap can happen to Healing, so it is important to always have a fair exchange of energy. This can be money, barter, or the natural give-and-take within a family or friendship relationship. Giving something in exchange promotes the honouring of the healing work provided and a more permanent healing, according to Dr. Usui.

Can Reiki be used with other therapies?
Yes, it can be combined with other therapies very successfully. Reiki is completely safe and it activates natural healing energy within us.
It will enhance the effects of other complementary healing arts such as massage, acupuncture, shiatsu, foot reflexology, aromatherapy, chiropractic, colour therapy, homeopathy and many others.
Does Reiki has anything to do with Religion?
Reiki is not a religion, and is spiritual in nature.
It beholds no doctrines, creeds or contradictions to the Universal Laws of Consciousness and Love. Reiki is very spiritual in nature, but there is nothing you are required to believe in before you can learn and use Reiki.
Why is Reiki called “smart energy”?
Reiki is an intelligent energy because it knows which areas of the body most need healing and will automatically flow to specific areas where suffering or imbalance are prevalent.
How long will I take to heal or see effects?
Acute injuries can be helped to heal very quickly but more chronic illness takes longer. In some cases such as terminal illness, the progress of the disease to be reversed will largely depend on the time given to heal and karma. For most requirements a few healing sessions should be sufficient, while some requires longer periods in terms of months.
What do I need to do while you perform Reiki Distance Healing for me?
To send Reiki energy all that is required is your permission and allowance to be healed. No special preparations or procedures are required from your side, though it will be good to provide feedbacks on how you are feeling and any improvements observed on a regular basis.
How will I feel after a remote Reiki session?
At the very least relaxed, some experience a warmth, a tingling, others a buzz like caffiene, others feel as it they are in a slow motion and others merely feel refreshed with peace of mind.
What are the risks of distance Reiki healing?
It is believed that Reiki energy works only for the Highest Good of each person and can NOT cause harm. It is safe for anyone and for any situations including pregnant women and children.
There have been no reported cases of negative effects from Reiki. Some people have observed what at first appears to be negative effects. When the body is undergoing a healing process, there can be short term effects which cause some discomfort. People with a great deal of accumulated stress or emotional blocks can feel everything coming up at first with treatments as their body starts to process the effects of the Reiki.
Can Reiki be used on animals and plants?
Animals tend to respond faster to Reiki than humans. Is really great to be able to give your pets reiki for relaxation, trauma, and faster recovery from wounds, injuries and diseases. Plants also respond to Reiki because they are living energy fields that can be out of balance and will respond to the harmonizing effects of Reiki.

You coach will not really tell you outright that this is right for you and this is wrong for. The life evaluation process is a journey of self-discovery where you yourself get to evaluate and analyze your own life. The role of the spiritual life coach here is simply to point you to the right direction by asking you provocative questions and helping you thresh out your feelings and emotions.
Another thing that your spiritual life coach can do for you is to help you remake your life. Old habits die hard and it is often very difficult for you to undo years of conditioning. However, with the help of a life coach, you can remake your life. If you have been living a very unhealthy and imbalanced life, now is the right time for you to do something about your life. Always remember that you only live once and if you do not live your life to the fullest, you will not have another chance to do things all over again and correct your mistakes.
How long will we work together?
That is really up to you and what you want to accomplish. Is Coaching therapy?
Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is future focused with emphasis on positive mental attitude, crafting supportive environments, applying the laws of attraction and maintaining a laser like focus on your goals. Therapy often includes an analysis of 'why we are where we are' while coaching focuses not on how we got here, but on where we are going from here. In general, an ethical coach refrains from all forms of diagnosis and will often require clients with traumatic past experiences to work with a therapist in addition to a coach.
Can't I Coach myself?
The answer is, yes you can, much of the time. But in general, money spent on motivational seminars, training programs, self-help books, and business books is not money well-spent, and change without support and accountability simply takes much longer.
